THE SIMPLE RULES
OF BARK BOULEVARD

All canines must be up to date on rabies, bordetella, distemper and parvo vaccinations, be at least 4 months or older, spayed or neutered, and in good overall health.

Proof of a recent negative fecal test result is required (within last six months) specific to parasites and giardia. All dogs must continue to have regular flea treatments. Owner provides a supply of his/her regular food.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
